Local data storage

Vehicle details, maintenance logs, expenses, reminders, and documents are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. GarageLog does not transmit those records to an external GarageLog server.

Information we do not collect

GarageLog does not collect or share the content of your vehicle records.

App Store transactions

Transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles transaction information under its own privacy policy.

Notifications

Maintenance reminders use local notifications generated on your device. Notification access can be changed at any time in device settings.

Exports and backups

When you export records or back up your device, the resulting files and backups are controlled by you and by any storage provider you choose to use.

Children’s privacy

GarageLog is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app or its data practices change. The current reviewed date will always appear on this page.

Deleting your data

Because GarageLog records are stored locally, you can remove them in the app or remove the app and its locally stored data from your device.
